What is included in the base price?
CrecheHQ includes all core features from day one — ECCE & NCS workflows, attendance tracking, invoicing, parent messaging, staff leave management, and unlimited staff accounts. The base price covers up to 15 children.
How does per-child pricing work?
Your subscription includes 15 children for €49/month + VAT. After that, each additional child is €2/month, up to a maximum of €199/month per site.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden subscription charges. Prices exclude VAT.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. New customers get 25% off for their first 3 months, so you can get started at a lower cost while setting up your account and workflows.
What payment methods do you accept?
Subscriptions are billed securely through Stripe. You can pay by card and manage your billing details online.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract is required for the standard self-serve plan. You can cancel anytime.
