What is included in the base price?
Everything. All features are included in every plan - attendance, invoicing, ECCE/NCS automation, staff management, transport, chat, and more. You get unlimited staff accounts and full support.
How does the per-child pricing work?
The base fee of €59/month includes up to 10 children. Each additional child is €3.50/month. Once you reach 50 children, the price caps at €199/month — no matter how many more children you add.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The subscription covers all software features. The only additional cost is a 2% platform fee on payments collected through the system (similar to payment processor fees).
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Join our waitlist for early access when we launch. Early adopters will receive extended trial periods and exclusive pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments and SEPA Direct Debit for subscriptions. You can also pay annually for a discount.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business every month.
