What is CrecheHQ childcare management software?
CrecheHQ is childcare management software for Irish crèches and preschool providers. It connects attendance, ECCE and NCS-aware family billing, staff rosters, funding file reconciliation and parent communication in one platform.
View childcare management featuresDoes CrecheHQ handle ECCE and NCS subsidies?
Yes. CrecheHQ calculates ECCE and NCS deductions from each child’s funding and shows them on family invoices. HiveSync imports registration files from the Early Years Hive and helps you reconcile differences before submitting reports.
How Hive file reconciliation worksWill attendance still work if our internet goes down?
Yes. The offline-capable attendance kiosk keeps recording check-ins and check-outs when WiFi drops, then syncs when the connection returns.

The monthly plan starts at €49 including 15 children, then €2 per additional child, capped at €199 per site. Prices exclude VAT. There are no setup fees. Online payment collection has separate processing charges. New customers receive 25% off their first three months.
