CrecheHQ is Irish childcare management software created by people who understand the daily reality of running a childcare centre.
Our Story
CrecheHQ started from frustration. After watching a family creche with over 20 years in business struggle with the same problems — software built for other countries, awkward ECCE workarounds, and Sunday evenings calculating invoices in Excel — we knew there had to be a better way.
We spent 12 months building the software we always wished existed. Purpose-built for Irish childcare, with ECCE and NCS workflows designed around how providers actually work.
Every feature exists because we saw the problem first-hand.
CrecheHQ is designed specifically for Irish childcare providers. From ECCE eligibility calculations to offline attendance kiosks, we understand the regulations because we live with them every day.
Our mission is simple: give Irish childcare providers the tools to spend less time on admin and more time with the children in their care.
