CrecheHQ is Irish childcare management software created by people who understand the daily reality of running a childcare centre.
Our Story
CrecheHQ started from frustration. After years of running childcare centres in Ireland, we had tried every software on the market. Some were too complicated. Some did not understand ECCE or NCS. Most were built for other countries and awkwardly adapted for Ireland.
We spent Sunday evenings calculating invoices in Excel. We chased payments manually. We worried about Pobal returns and Tusla compliance. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built it.
CrecheHQ is designed specifically for Irish childcare providers. Every feature—from ECCE eligibility calculations to offline attendance kiosks—exists because we needed it ourselves. We understand the regulations because we live with them every day.
Our mission is simple: give Irish childcare providers the tools to spend less time on admin and more time with the children in their care.
