Week 1We import your children, families, and enrolment data. You review and approve before anything goes live.
Staff training
Week 2Your team gets hands-on training for attendance, invoicing, and scheme workflows. We go at your pace.
Go-live support
Week 3We are on hand for your first live day and first full week to resolve any questions quickly.
Check-in
Month 1We check in after your first month to make sure everything is running smoothly and address any gaps.

After onboarding, we are still here. Support is included with every subscription.
